- Project is limited to three encroachments. Two encroachments are for water diversion from unnamed tributaries to the South Fork Trinity River. Water is diverted for domestic use and irrigation. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. The other proposed encroachment will remediate a landslide and remove am associated sediment discharge to a Class II stream. Work for this project will include re-grading the site and associated drainage at the head of the slide, planting trees to stabilize the slide, and removing delivered sediment near the bottom of the property just above a road and culvert. Work for this project will include grading, excavation, and revegetation.
