Document Description
Project is limited to 5 encroachments. One encroachment is for water diversion from a drilled well. Water is diverted to storage for domestic household and cannabis cultivation use. A second diversion is from a spring at the head of an unnamed class III watercourse that is tributary to Salmon Creek. Water is diverted through a gravity fed 1.5 inch PVC pipe to storage for domestic household use. A third encroachment is to perform maintenance on the maintenance and diversion from a 250K gallon lined pond with a 12-inch outlet. A fifth encroachment is for the maintenance and diversion from a 500K gallon unlined pond located just south of the 250K pond and connected via the spillway. The pond outlet will be armored and redirected to a grassy swale to hydrologically disconnect the pond from the adjacent class II watercourse. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. Work for these encroachments will include backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
