Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0369-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Porter. The project consists of eight encroachment(s): One encroachment is for water diversion from an Unnamed Spring, a tributary to the Mad River. Water is diverted for domestic use. Work for the water diversion will include facility retrofit, use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. Five proposed encroachments are to upgrade failing and undersized culverts. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of failing culverts, replacement with new culverts, backfilling and compaction and rock armoring. One encroachment is to upgrade an existing dirt ford. Work for this encroachment will include excavation, placement of properly sized culvert, backfilling and compaction, and rock armoring. One encroachment si to replace a pond spillway. Work for this encroachment includes removal of an undersized culvert and installation of a rock lined spillway.
