Increasing total acreage from 13.7 to 18.57 acres; increasing total maximum daily tonnage from 600 to 1,235 tons per day; changing hours of operation to 24 hours per day, 7 days per week for all activities; changing the design capacity from 500 tons per day (transfer/processing) to 1,235 tons per day (1,135 tons per day transfer/processing and 100 tons per day composting); addition of food waste and CDI wastes as acceptable materials; addition of a 100 ton per day aerated static pile compost facility; addition of a 8,000 square foot food waste receiving building; addition of a 3.6-acre organics processing area; construction of a new entrance at the southwest corner of the facility; construction of a new driveway at the northeast corner of the facility; addition of a new scale house to the new entrance driveway; installation of two storm water detention basins; addition of a 16,000 square foot CDI sorting facility; increasing total facility personnel from 35 to 89; increasing permitted traffic volume from 96 to 269 vehicles per day; and updating the Transfer/Processing Report and adding a Report of Composting Site Information.
