Document Description
The proposed project is for the construction and establishment of a ±25,000 square-foot Central Utility Plant. The Infrastructure and Utilities (IU) zone provides a scenario allowing up to 141,153 square feet of warehouse use and a central utility plant. The proposed project is planned as part of the implementation of the City of Hope’s Master Facility Plan intended to serve current and future needs of the hospital.
