Document Description
The project includes the construction of approximately 8,000 feet or 1.5 miles of recycled water pipelines within an SMWD easement, SMWD property, and beneath existing roadways. The pipelines would range in size from 4 to 8 inches, depending on the location. The pipelines would require excavation depths of approximately 5.5 feet within the existing easement and road rights-of-way. Once completed, the maximum anticipated amount of recycled water delivered to the Hidden Ridge and Skyridge communities would be approximately 70 acre-feet per year. The project also includes the construction of approximately 1,300 feet of a 4-inch or smaller force main for future construction of a lift station to serve the Boy Scouts of America camp located on the SMWD Upper Oso Reservoir property.
