The proposed Project includes construction of 52 single-family detached units. The units will range in size from 1,938 to 2,138 sf with three to four bedrooms each. The proposed project would provide 104 garage parking spaces, 46 open spaces and 11 guest spaces, for a total of 161 parking spaces. The proposed project also includes construction of approximately 49,700 sf of landscaping, including a private neighborhood park.
