The proposed project is a commercial center with a range of commercial land uses. The first phase of the project would include highway commercial uses such as restaurants, hotels, and gas stations. Phase 2 would consist primarily of retail uses with some restaurant and office uses. The planned land uses for each project phase are summarized.
