Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0104-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Michael Wilson/Soquel Creek Water District.
The project consists of the construction of a well head water treatment system to treat naturally-occurring hexavalent chromium (chromium-6). Construction includes the building of a 16.6 feet in width and 45.4 feet in length new access bridge, the removal of up to 4 spruce trees ranging in diameter at breast height from 9 to 12 inches, a new raw water pipeline from the Soquel Creek Water District's Seascape well to the San Andreas well, replacement of groundwater pumps, and a new sewer force main.
