The Lendrum Court Project involves the approval of a Removal Action Work Plan by the Department of Toxic Substances Control pursuant to Health and Safety Code, Chapter 6.8 as submitted by TRC Solutions, Inc. on behalf of The Presidio Trust. The proposed Project would consolidate, remove, and cap incinerator debris and ash, and soil contaminated by chemicals of concern (COCs). Post-remediation site restoration would occur immediately after remedial construction in 2015 and 2018.
