Install a boulder vane to enhance the diffusion of treated effluent discharge into Spanish Creek and to improve instream structure and habitat. Remove remnants of a diversion dam and replace it with a boulder vane to control channel grade and to improve instream structure and habitat. Lower two lateral gravel bars to floodplain elevation. Improve livestock management within the project area.
