Document Description
CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0129-R6 (Revision 1), pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Murrieta KLC Holdings 130, LLC. The Adobe Springs Specific Plan Project includes the construction of a residential and business park development, including infrastructure, road improvements, and open space on the 122-acre Project site. The residential development will include a maximum 283 residential units on 36.20 acres in the south western portion of the site. The business park will be constructed on 14.20 acres in the eastern portion of the site. The remaining 66.82 acres in the north/northwest portion of the site will be conserved as natural open space and will include wetland and riparian mitigation areas.
