Document Description
Project will construct a single family residential and business park development with associated infrastructure and open space land uses within approx. 122 acres. Residential development will account for approx. 36.20 acres of the project and will provide for up to 283 single family residential dwelling units. A 14.20 acre business park and 4.8 acres of street right of way will be developed. The project also includes fuel modification zones and the construction of three water quality basins.
