Document Description
The project Applicant is proposing a residential and business park development with the dedication of 66.8 acres of permanent open space. The project Applicant proposes to subdivide the approximately 122.3-acre project site to create five parcels for residential and business park purposes. Parcel 1 would include the development of up to 287 single family detached residences as well as associated improvements on approximately 36 acres of the site. The project would also include approximately 14 acres of business park uses. The main access to the project site would be Street "A" extending northwesterly off SR-79 (Winchester Road). Street "A" connects to Street "B", which extends westerly to the residential community within Parcel 1.
