Document Description
The project site was originally developed as an elementary school. The school has been closed for approximately 15 years. The Proposed Project would demolish the existing structures located on the 8.57-acre project site and construct 108 single-family detached homes at a density of approximately 12.6 units per acre. The Proposed Project would require a General Plan Amendment from School to Medium Density Residential and a zone change from R-1-7500 Residential Zone (Single-Family) to RD (Multiple-Family) with a Planned Community Development (PCD) Overlay.
