Document Description
The proposed project would involve the development of nine separate two, three, and four-story residential structures consisting of 335 apartment units on the 10.48 acre project site from an approximate density of 32 dwelling units per acre (du/ac). The proposed project would require a zone change from General Commercial (C-3) to "Fairfield Specific Plan" (SP-7). To accommodate the proposed development, an abandoned hotel, existing concrete building foundations, parking lot lights, asphalt, and landscaping would require removal.
