Document Description
PCWA is proposing to initiate the Keena / Bell Pipeline Replacement Project. The proposed project is located in an unincorporated portion of Placer County. Access to the project site would be provided off Keena Drive, Pear Hill Lane and Bell Road. The proposed project involves replacing the existing 14-inch diameter treated water pipeline. As part of the proposed project, the existing pipeline would be abandoned and a new 2,100-foot-long pipeline system would be installed to provide a more reliable conveyance of treated water. The pipeline will be installed in existing roadways and a portion will traverse the nearby hillside.
