Document Description
Delaware North (DN) has requested to amend the previously approved Tenaya Cabins Project site plan (CUP No. 2014-164 and LDA No. 2014-165) to widen the primary Hwy 41 access encroachment to meet the minimum required fire access standards and remove the approved secondary emergency access including its encroachment on Hwy 41. Mariposa County has approved the site plan amendment after consideration of an Addendum to the certified EIR (Feb 2019) (CEQA Guidelines Section 15164). The changes are minor and would not result in new significant impacts or more severe impacts previously identified in the EIR. No additional CA Fish Game Code fees are required.
