Document Description
The Proposed Project consists of various upgrades to the existing WWTF required to treat raw wastewater to a level compliant with the 2014 NPDES Permit. Proposed project includes new effluent discharge pipeline, cascade re-aeration structure, and replacement of primary outfall into Churn Creek. Existing secondary outfall will be abandoned in place. Existing Spray fields and 400 acre-foot reclaimed water reservoir will be abandoned in place. With the exception of the improvements to the effluent pipeline and outfall structure in the riparian area of Churn Creek, the majority of the improvements would take place within the existing development footprint of the WWTF.
