The maximum height of the building is 45-feet. The project requires less than 500 cubic yards of grading, 220 cubic yards of cut, 0 cubic yards of fill and 220 cubic yards of import/export. The project does not require the construction of retaining wall(s), and does not require the removal of protected trees.
