The proposed project would install a new 12-inch diameter water distribution line and construct a 0.5 MG water storage tank at the Tank 9 site. An existing 8-inch water line between the existing Tank 9 and Wells 14 and 9 will remain in place and serve as a dedicated line to fill the new tank in order to achieve chlorine contact time and enable Amador Water Agency to provide better quality water to the customers served by the Water Improvement District #7 system (Lake Camanche Area).
