Document Description
On May 27, 2015 a notice was filed related to the EWMP Final Program Environmental Impact Report (PEIR). On October 30, 2018, the Board of Supervisors adopted the Addendum for the Lad era Park Stormwater Improvements Project as within the scope of the PEIR, and approved the project. The project will divert and capture stormwater and other runoff. The captured water will be disinfected and used far Park irrigation or sent to infiltration wells to percolate into the subsurface of the Park. The Addendum has incorporated the Mitigation Measures, MMRP, Findings of Fact and Statement of Overriding_ Consideration of the PEIR to ensure all significant impacts remain less than significant
