Document Description
The City is proposing modifications to the previously approved recycled water distribution pipeline alignment as analyzed in the Recycled Water Distribution System, Southwest Quadrant Tiered Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND). In total, the refined pipeline alignments would result in an addition of approximately 4 miles of pipeline. The Tiered MND analyzed approximately 22 miles of pipeline which was reduced by approximately 1,600 feet with the revisions analyzed in the 2017 Addendum, Therefore, when compared to the original pipeline length analyzed of approximately 22 miles, and the reduction of I ,600 feet as part of the 2017 Addendum, an increase of 4 miles as part of this Addendum would result in a net increase of 3.70 miles or a 16.82 percent increase in overall pipeline length from the Tiered MND. The following describes the changes in detail.
