Document Description
The County of Orange (County) and the City of Huntington Beach (City) are responsible for the proposed Maintenance Dredging and Waterline Installation project components. The installation of a 14-inch-diameter waterline pipe within the Harbor (both in-water and landside) would be the responsibility of the City. The proposed landside activities associated with the Waterline Installation component of the project would involve connecting the waterline pipe to existing utility infrastructure and construction staging activities on either side of the Harbor channel. The State Lands Commission action is an approval of a 25-year General Lease - Public Agency Use from April 23, 2015, through April 22, 2040.
