Document Description
Addendum #3 to the North San Diego Water Reuse Coalition Regional Recycled Water Program EIR addresses minor changes to the locations and sizes of the City of Oceanside's proposed recycled water pipelines and facilities. The changes are the result of additional planning and preliminary design efforts undertaken by the City to maximize recycled water delivery, minimize costs and impacts during construction and operation of the systems, and meet the goal of bringing new customers online beginning in 2021. Proposed facilities in Addendum #3 include: 3 million gallon (mg) Morro Heights Reservoir, 3,100 gallons per minute (gpm) Morro Heights Pump Station, 2.2 mg Fire Mountain Reservoir, 1,150 gpm Fire Mountain Pump Station, 1,500 gpm Mesa Pump Station, 2.2 mg Old Grove Reservoir, 2,200 gpm Old Grove Pump Station, and 134,900 linear feet of recycled water pipelines.
