Related Santa Clara (also the City Place) Project, Development Area Plan (DAP) 1, Phase 1, Parcel 5: A 14.3-acre portion of the overall 240-acre Related Santa Clara project site, located on the north side of Tasman Drive across from Levi's Stadium. DAP 1 proposes 440,000 sq. ft. of new office space, a 480-room hotel, 51,000 sq. ft. of new retail space and 200 residential serviced apartments on 3 blocks, all built over a 2-level below-grade garage providing 1,913 parking spaces. On March 24, 2020, the City Council adopted an addendum to the certified EIR, which analyzed the differences between the description of the Phase 1 development in the EIR and in the Phase 1 DAP.
