Document Description
The proposed Village 5 & SUD B Specific Plan includes approximately 4,775 acres in the western area of Placer County, immediately west of the City of Lincoln. The project site is located within the adopted Sphere of Influence of the City of Lincoln. The proposed project would create a mix of land uses including residential, retail commercial, office/business professional, recreational, open space, and public/quasi-public, consistent with development patterns in Lincoln. The project site would be annexed.
