A proposed new domestic water well and associated structures at an existing Cal Water pump site located at the southwesterly corner of East 5th Street and Olive Street. The proposal includes a request for a conditional noise permit to authorize overnight construction operations for one night. The new well is anticipated to have a design capacity of approximately 1,000 gallons per minute, through water would only be pumped in response to demand resulting from use of the system.
