Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed an amendment to Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0157-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project Applicant, Riverside County Transportation Department. The Amendment revises the Project Description to include the construction of a concrete access ramp and pad within Lincoln Street Channel, and a temporary diversion adjacent to the bridge that crosses Lincoln Street Channel. These additional activities result in additional impacts to fish and wildlife resources subject to Fish and Game Code Section 1600 et. seq., and additional compensatory mitigation required under the Streambed Alteration Agreement.
