The Iris Canyon Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (proposed project) is located on a 8.29-acre site at 200 Iris Canyon Road (formerly 1700 Del Monte Center) north of State Highway 1, west of Iris Canyon Road, and south of Don Dahvee Lane adjacent to the Del Monte Shopping Center in the City of Monterey, CA. Regional access to the property is provided by State Highway 1 via Munras Avenue and Soledad Drive exits, and local access to the property is provided by Iris Canyon Road.
