The approximately 425,000 sf mixed-use development would provide for approximately 384 residential units (for lease) with 20 percent of those reserved as affordable low- or middle-income units, up to 50,000 sf of visitor-serving retail, up to 774 parking spaces, and an extension of the existing Historic Paseo/pedestrian trail that would connect Union Station to Fort Moore. The proposed project would also connect to existing utility infrastructure, which could require improvements in the adjacent rights-of-way.
