Document Description
The project is a restoration grading plan to restore approximately 10.7 acres of unpermitted grading that occurred in 2011 to create a farm access road to connect an agricultural operation to San Pasqual Valley. The unpermitted grading involved the movement of approximately 32,500 cubic yards of cut and 32,500 cubic yards of fill and crossed five unnamed tributaries to Guejito Creek, with loose fill material being pushed into the drainage channels. The restoration plan includes 4,500 cubic yards of cut and 4,500 cubic yards of fill to remove the loose fill material that was deposited into the five unnamed tributaries, perform remedial grading, placing rock at the base of one of the previous fill slopes for stabilization, and installation of BMPs and other erosion control measures. Grading for the fill removal and remedial grading will take place in approximately 1.4 acres, including 0.3 acres are not previously disturbed. Material removed from the crossings and the remedial grading areas will be utilized to stabilize and restore flatter portions of the unpermitted farm road.
