Document Description
The Inland Empire Brine Line (Brine Line) is an important infrastructure link moving nonreclaimable waste water and sewage from their sources to a treatment facility in Orange County. The Brine Line in the project area is structurally deficient and presents a singnificant risk for failure and a resulting Sanitary Sewer Overflow. To protect the Brine Line, a Cured-in-Place-Pipe (CIPP) liner will be installed using trenchless technology. The project includes the construction of approximately 35 temporary access pits (10 ft by 20 ft) to install the CIPP liner.
