Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Permittee) proposes to permanently restore a storm damaged slipout located in the median of Interstate-580. The project will prevent further earth movement that could undermine the integrity of Interstate-580 westbound lanes. To accomplish this work, the Permittee will repair a 300-foot-long downdrain into Mountain House Creek, located within the California Department of Fish and Wildlife 1602 riparian jurisdiction.
