- Note: Extended Per Lead The proposed North Park and Golden Hill Community Plans Update are consistent with and incorporate relevant policies from the 2008 City of San Diego General Plan, as well as provide a long-range, comprehensive policy framework for growth and development in the North Park and Golden Hill communities. The North Park and Golden Hill Community Plans were originally adopted in 1986 and 1988, respectively. North Park was last amended in 2003 and the Golden Hill has not been amended since adoption. Separate community plans have been prepared for the North Park and Golden Hill communities, and are evaluated in a single PEIR.
