Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has amended Streambed Alteration Agreement 1600-2016-0248-R6, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Martin Magaña of the Coachella Valley Association of Governments. The amendment updates Measure 2.3 allowing for the exclusion of burrowing owl during the non-breeding season while following specific avoidance and minimization measures. The amendment does not allow additional impacts to Fish and Game Code Section 1602 resources.This is to advise that CDFW, acting as a Responsible Agency, amended the project described above on January 19, 2023 and has made the following determinations regarding the project pursuant to California Code of Regulations section 15096, subdivision (i)
