Document Description
Based on the previously certified EIR, CV AG found that no further environmental review of the CV Link Multi-Modal Project is required under CEQA because none of the conditions identified in Public Resources Code section 21166 and State CEQA Guidelines section 15162 exist. The Resolutions of Necessity do not approve any change in the CV Link Multi-Modal Project that would require major revisions of the EIR due to the involvement of new significant environmental effects or a substantial increase in the severity of previously identified significant effects. There is not a substantial change with respect to the circumstances under which the CV Link Multi-Modal Project will be undertaken that would require major revisions of the EIR due to the involvement of new significant environmental effects or a substantial increase in the severity of the previously identified significant effects. No new information has been presented that would cause CVAG to further analyze any environmental impacts due to the adoption of the Resolutions of Necessity. *See NOD for full details*
