Document Description
CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0196-R6 (Revision 2), pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Howard Industrial Partners. The project includes the installation of a water line, future sewer line, and electrical conduits under Rialto Channel. the waterline would be performed by installing a jack and bore 70' x 24" steel casing using a 20' x 24' jacking pit and 15' x 12' receiving pit on each end of the casing/pipe segment, where each pit is located at a minimum of 10 feet from the edge of the bridge deck and Rialto Channel walls. The 24-inch steel casing will cross underneath the concrete rectangular/box channel with a 2 foot clearance between bottom of concrete channel and top of casing. The new waterline would be located within the City of Colton right-of-way along Agua Mansa Road. In addition, two 24" steel casings will be installed concurrently with the water pipeline: 1) for a future sewer line; and 2) for electrical conduits. The two additional steel casings will be installed at the same elevation of the water pipeline and will be spaced 3' apart from each other.
