Document Description
The project consists of constructing a new water treatment plant, treated and finished water pipelines, and new water storage tank. The existing water treatment system uses in-line filtration, which is no longer an approved technology. The order of the two water storage tanks, while intact and operational, is in extremely poor condition and at risk of failure. A new water treatment plant would be constructed to house a new water filtration system. A new treated water pipeline would extend east to a new 315,000 gallon capacity water storage tank. A new finished water pipeline would extend from the new tank to the distribution system. The existing water treatment plant and storage tanks would be dismantled and removed from the project area.
