Document Description
The City of Yuba City, in cooperation with Caltrans, proposes to replace the existing 5th Street Bridge over the Feather River with a new four-lane structure. The purpose of the project is to 1) enhance safety, 2) improve the existing transportation facility, and 3) improve traffic operations and transportation capacity. PG&E proposes to relocate the existing 12 kilovolt pole line that crosses over the Feather River that is in conflict with the new location for the 5th Street Bridge Project. The State Lands Commission action is an approval of a 20-year General Lease - Right of Way Use through August 16, 2037.
