Yuba County's Public Works Department seeks environmental approval for the Spring Valley Road Bridge Replacement Project which consists of replacing the existing bridge on Spring Valley Road over Browns Valley Ditch. The proposed project is located within the rural community of Browns Valley which is located approximately 9 miles east of the city of Marysville in the eastern unincorporated foothills of Yuba County.
