An EIR was prepared by the lead agency, Kern County. CA Resources Elk Hills LLC will replace 12 kV power line with new 12 kV power line at Hwy 119 PM 13.22 & 13.313. pole #54R (40' tall, 16" dia pole) will be replaced; it will require a 24" bore, 6' deep. pole #57 (50' tall, 16" dia pole); will require a 24" bore, 7' deep). All work will occur within existing, previously disturbed areas. Project activities will take 1-day to complete installation of the new power
