Document Description
CDFW has executed Amendment No. 1, a major amendment to Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0094-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Aera Energy, LLC.
Project as SAA number 1600-2017-0094-R4 contemplated included activities related to the installation of 13 pipe supports for new 12 inch and 20 inch above ground natural gas pipelines across two ephemeral streams and the removal and trimming of approx. 8,520 sq .ft. of Valley saltbush scrub habitat within the two streams Amendment no. 1 includes an additional 1 support for a total of 7 and approx. 61 cubic yards of soil to be removed from a 6-foot wide by 26 foot long area where trenching at Franco Western Road will extend into the drainage. Additional supports may require an increase in 336 sq. ft. of Valley saltbush scrub habitat to be removed and trimmed.
