Document Description
CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0094-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Aera Energy LLC.
Project includes activities related to the installation of pipe supports for new 12-inch and 20-inch above ground natural gas pipelines across two ephemeral streams. Gas lines will be placed on 13 new carbon steel T-supports anchored in concrete within both streams. Alternatively, pipes may be placed on cantilever supports installed by extending the top crossbar of an existing T-support by three feet in each direction with brace supports extending from the vertical support to underside of top crossbar or on pre-cast concrete block pipe supports placed directly on the ground. Installation of the supports will require the removal and trimming of approx. 8,520 sq. ft. of Valley saltbrush scrub habitat within the two streams.
