Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) has considered the EIR as prepared by the lead agency and based on the document prepared by the Lead Agency, Caltrans will issue an encroachment permit for the following work (the determination made by Caltrans is limited to effects within Caltrans jurisdiction as a Responsible Agency): Allow the drilling of three new wells/well paths a minimum of 665 feet under the State Highway System (State Route 33). There will be no surface disturbance in or near the State right-of-way.
