The proposed project is a comprehensive amendment and update to the adopted Specific Plan of 2013. The City project also includes a development project on parcel 8528-011-025, called The Residences at Duarte Station . The development comprises a two-building residential development with 619 dwelling units, and parking structures. The City has also received a second preliminary application for the Duarte lnter-generational Housing Project comprising 60 to 70 affordable housing units.
