Document Description
In 2015, the JPB certified the PCEP Final EIR. Since then, the design for the substation improvements at the PG&E substations in South San Francisco and San Jose and the interconnections to the JPB substations from the PG&E substations. The JPB prepared an Addendum that found that the refined design would not result in any new or substantially more severe environmental impacts than disclosed in the Final EIR.
