Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0260-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, City of Lathrop.
Project includes the installation of an outfall structure on the bank of the San Joaquin River and associated pipes over the existing levee, connecting to infrastructure within the adjacent industrial development. The outfall structure itself will be situated along approx. 64 linear feet of the bank of the river and surrounded by riprap extending 50 feet between the top and bottom of the slope, another 50 feet downstream and another 100 feet upstream.
