- RWQCB is issuing a Section 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject Project. Project includes the installation of an outfall structure on the bank of the San Joaquin River and associated pipes over the existing levee, connecting to infrastructure within the adjacent industrial development. No wet concrete will be placed into waters of the U.S. No dewatering will occur and project activities will take place during dry conditions. The project will directly impact 0.062 acres of waters of the U.S. as a result of riverbank alteration to accommodate the outfall structure and placement of rip rap.
