The City of requesting to obtain programmatic regulatory permits to allow Citywide Channel Maintenance. The Project is intended to outline maintenance activities by location in environmentally sensitive or regulated facilities in order to maintain the function of the public storm conveyance system in a manner least impactful to on-site biological resources, while also mainteining the water quality of the City's existing conveyance system. Maintenance is proposed within various storm drain structures at 63 locations.
